We are UN-GLUTEN, a gluten-free pasta specialty restaurant that uses only brown rice to make our pasta, which is said to be an extremely nutritious food with many health benefits such as weight loss, detoxification, and reducing the risk of heart disease. In addition to enjoying the chewy texture of freshly made pasta, those who are on a diet or health-conscious can indulge without the guilty feeling of eating regular pasta because all of our pasta is made from domestically grown Koshihikari brown rice. Our pasta is also safe for people with wheat allergies, which have been on the rise lately among young people.
