Our menu is designed upon the concept of innovative modern French, staying true to the traditional techniques and expressions of French cuisine with some modernistic elements added. With everything from appetisers all the way to desserts, we endeavour to produce something that is a little surprising and will leave an impression. I treasure the connections I make with the producers who are full of passion and the ingredients they grow on my visits to their farms. My speciality is potage, which allows the umami flavours of the vegetables to be enjoyed to their fullest. I use ingredients which are grown with love and care to craft my supreme French cuisine.
