About
Since its opening, VenireVenire has been serving and recreating the true authentically flavoured cuisine from all the provinces of Italy using home-grown ingredients. While Italian cuisine is simple at its core, its secret lies careful thinking to draw out the potential of the ingredients. With this, in 2022 we have added new and subtle Japanese touches and ideas together with the help of the producers, to bring you an innovative Italian cuisine that will delight all who dine upon it. Fresh ingredients arrive every day from all over Japan, including my hometown of Iwate. In order to further enhance the Italian cuisine we have been pursuing, we have adopted a Japanese Kaiseki course structure based upon Japan’s “water, climate, topography, taste, and customs”. Starting from our hors d'oeuvres, each dish is arranged in such a way that evokes a sense of the Japanese landscape. Please enjoy our Kaiseki Italian cuisine that we were able to create thanks to the cooking techniques and authentic cuisine we learnt in Italy.
