Japanese Restaurant Hishinuma opened in Mita, Minato-ku in 1985 before moving to Roppongi, Minato-ku in 2005. Since the opening of our restaurant, we have procured the highest quality, freshest ingredients every morning, so that we can use the best seasonal ingredients to offer pure, healthy tasting dishes with natural healing properties such as high anti-aging effects. We combine Japanese food and wine, with a selection of over 130 bottles focusing on French wine. The restaurant has comfortable floor heating and is completely barrier-free, so that guests in wheelchairs or with strollers may enter without difficulty. We want to contribute to society and allow all sorts of people to enjoy our restaurant through food that is kind to both the body and the people. We also have a "Hiyoko Course" for small children aged 0-9.
