Shichi Jyu Ni Ko at Tokyo Station Hotel is the restaurant Akio Saito, who served as the first head chef at the Grand Hyatt Tokyo and Conrad Tokyo’s Japanese restaurants, personally founded and serves at the representative head chef. The menu features a modern and colourful array of carefully handpicked seafood and vegetables, along with special dashi soup stock and traditional seasonings to match the 72 changing seasons of Japan. A popular Teppanyaki in a modern setting featuring Oki beef is also on offer, along with gorgeous private rooms decorated in traditional Japanese colours, so please enjoy your meal to the fullest.
