About

A kushiage (deep-fried skewers) restaurant where you can savour in the authentic taste of Osaka’s Kuromon Market. With only the ‘omakase’ course on offer, the skewers change according to the seasons and available ingredients. Starting with tiger prawns, you can enjoy five classic skewers along with seasonal skewers and five different types of sauce. With over 25 different types of skewer available, such as the chicken and shiso roll packed with tonburi, all have been carefully prepared to bring out the delicious flavours of the high-quality ingredients. Please enjoy them paired with wines directly purchased by the owner of the restaurants.
