Since its establishment, this restaurant has been preparing dashi soup stock every morning using carefully selected Rishiri kelp and high-end bonito. Dashi is the core of Hoshi No Naru Ki’s cuisine. Along with the dashi, many of the seasonal ingredients that garnish the dishes are purchased only after visiting the places where they are produced. Moreover, the traditional Japanese tableware accompanying the cuisine adds an extra flair of beauty to the dishes. Hoshi No Naru Ki’s aim is creating Japanese cuisine that has outstanding dashi, colours of the four seasons, and charming tableware to complement the dishes. Their multi-course menu fully accentuates the charm of Japanese cuisine while honouring Japanese traditions and flexibly incorporating Western culture to provide you with an extraordinary dining experience that is delicious, surprising, and enjoyable.
