I love French food and am infatuated by wine. When I became obsessed with wine, I got hooked on French cuisine too. We launched our restaurant for people who are only on the doorstep at the moment, but want to open the door to the world of food and wine pairing. My older brother is the chef and my younger brother is the sommelier, and together as brothers we offer you pairings that are a perfect match. We offer dishes using the finest ingredients lovingly cultivated by the producers and local climates, crafted with the essence of classical French cooking techniques that perfectly accompany wine. Please enjoy a new culinary journey that fuses the two worlds of France and Japan – food and wine.
